To provide our clients with the best possible service we limit our work to Lateral Hire Recruitment for law firms.  While we are pleased to work on “Retained Searches” we also serve many clients on a “Contingency” basis.  

We have invested in software enabling us to search and qualify leading attorneys that will help you strengthen various disciplines and offices.  Additionally, we have developed databases that have equipped us with the tools necessary to search for candidates that have specifically requested a timely move. 

We are well informed having subscribed to publications that keep us apprised of news and trends in law and recruiting. We work quickly and efficiently knowing our time as well as yours is very important.  

Our directors are professionals in the true sense of the word.  We take time to “fit” the candidate to client need.  We come from diverse backgrounds, but share a passion for client satisfaction and success.
